Quality Control

Many of our focus areas are already being used frequently in industry for quality control. FT-IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis are especially recommended for incoming goods control. These methods allow quick and reliable identification of differences between standards and delivered batches or a substance identification.

If the flow characteristics of a raw material are in line with those of a standard, in order to prevent production problems or to check the quality of finished products, rheology is recommended. Through the use of rheometers, the flow characteristics of a sample under load can be determined quickly and precisely, providing valuable information on the processability, or the flow characteristics of your product.

Please feel free to contact us if you have a sample and look for a suitable method for quality control, or a cost-effective alternative to elaborate methods.
